Built on resilience, teamwork, and community spirit, the Dolphins represent a new wave of opportunity for athletes across the 502 to continue chasing their dreams — both on the field and in life.

As Louisville’s newest football franchise, the River City Dolphins embody the toughness and pride of our city while delivering high-energy football entertainment for fans of all ages. Whether it’s on the turf, in the stands, or throughout the community, our mission is to inspire connection, competition, and growth.

Mascot Naming Contest

Before our first season kicks off, the Dolphins are inviting the community to help us name our official team mascot! Fans can submit name ideas through our social media pages. The top 16 choices will go to a community vote, and the winning name will be revealed soon.
