This registration is a leadership role for players who are signing up as a captain to a team for the 26-27 season.

Team Captain Spots Already Filled: E-Town Eagles & Louisville Kings (these team captain spots are filled for the 26-27 season and if you select these teams you will be automatically redirected to another team as this is your only WARNING)

No player can sign up , be added or drafted to your team without signing up as member of The League 1st.

Player Fee: $150 total
✅ Includes: Uniform, Gym Fees & Referee Fees
📆 Payment Plan: 2 monthly payments of $75

• 1st payment due at sign-up

Important Notes:

• You must pay at least $175 to be eligible for team captain placement or draft your roster on Nov 8th
• Players who haven’t submitted a 2nd payment (of $75) by Dec 18th, 2026 may be cut and replaced
• 🚫 Fees are non-refundable to avoid wasting your time and ours.

It’s mandatory anyone applying for a team captain position must have their 1st $75 in and cannot miss the next $75 monthly payment as captains will be held to the highest standard and lead by example at all times. 

• Captains must be on time to every scheduled event.
• Captains must be 30 minutes early to each scheduled game for pregame interviews.
• Captains must conduct a postgame interview immediately after your (teams) MVP.
• Captains are responsible for the players on their roster handling fees to be eligible to play.
• Captains are responsible for the players on their roster handling fines being turned in to continue to play.
• Captains are responsible for making sure walk-on players return their uniform after the game.
• Players on your roster without anything towards their balance will be cut week 3 and replaced by walk-ons.
