Lo With The Flo Returns
LOUISVILLE, KY — December 2025
The League is celebrating the return of one of its earliest and most influential media personalities as longtime reporter Lo With The Flo officially rejoins the organization for the upcoming 2025–2026 basketball season. Her comeback comes at a milestone moment in her life: on December 4th, she will graduate from Eastern Kentucky University, adding a major academic achievement to her already impressive journey.
Lo first stepped into the spotlight during the League’s inaugural indoor football season in fall 2023. At a time when the organization was still building its foundation—literally and figuratively—she became one of the first voices fans connected with. She stood on the sidelines during the early days of constructing a home-field stadium on Cecil & Greenwood, before severe weather halted the project, and continued reporting as the team transitioned to Lou City FC | Lynn Stadium facilities, serving as the lead news anchor for The League and Louisville Kings Football Team.
Her role wasn’t just to cover games—it was to capture the emotion, ambition, and community spirit surrounding a new era of developmental football and basketball in Kentucky. Her interviews, features, and gameday reports quickly made her a recognizable figure across Louisville’s growing sports landscape.
After the football season ended, Lo shifted her focus to her education and career development, stepping away as The League launched basketball operations. Now, with her degree completed and a renewed energy for storytelling, she is returning to the media lineup stronger than ever.
“Lo With The Flo is part of our foundation,” League officials shared in a statement. “She helped shape our identity, connect with our fans, and build trust in our vision. Her growth as a professional, mother, wife, and now college graduate makes her return even more meaningful. She represents exactly what The League stands for—development, perseverance, and opportunity.”
Lo will resume coverage this winter, providing player interviews, behind-the-scenes features, and league-wide reporting as she steps back into a leadership role in The League’s expanding broadcast team.
Her journey—from early-stage reporter, to college graduate, to community role model—parallels The League’s own growth and reaffirms the organization’s commitment to uplifting local talent both on and off the court.
Fans can expect to see Lo With The Flo back on screen starting this December as the 25–26 Season tips off.
