This registration is a leadership role for players who are signing up as a captain to a team for the 25-26 season.

No player can sign up , be added or drafted to your team without signing up as member of The League.

Player Fee: $200 total
✅ Includes: Home (Team Color/White Trim) & Away (White/Team Color Trim) uniforms, gym & referee fees
📆 Payment Plan: 5 weekly payments of $25

• 1st payment due at sign-up
• 2nd due by Nov 9th or you cannot draft players
• Final payment due by Dec 7th or you will be suspended and replaced until balance is $0

Important Notes:

• You must pay at least $75 to be eligible for team captain placement or draft on Nov 9th
• Players who haven’t submitted a 2nd payment (of $25) by Nov 16th may be cut and replaced
• 🚫 Fees are non-refundable to avoid wasting your time and ours.
• Home and Away uniform will only be ordered after your balance is $75 ($50 sign-up fee + 2nd $25 payment)
